He is the founder of Lake County Social Networking and the Director of Communications for Social Media Club Chicago.

Tim’s continued education, dedicated market research techniques, and enthusiasm for new media marketing make him a valuable and unique asset to any real estate transaction.  By servicing new buyers from the initial consultation to a completed closing contract, Tim has garnered an impeccable reputation within the industry and created a valuable network of dedicated clientele who gladly and authentically praise and recommend his services.

Tim’s dedication to his clients’ satisfaction is matched by his exceptional coordination and negotiation skills, which are evident throughout each of his transactions. He acts as his clients’ liaison within the marketplace and aligns each one with an extensive network of esteemed industry professionals, such as attorneys, inspectors, and mortgage brokers. His relationships are built upon a foundation of trust and respect and his client-oriented philosophy is apparent in every detail of every transaction. Tim’s enthusiasm and appreciation for the real estate industry complements his aggressive work ethic.  Tim is a client advocate and his first priority is to meet his clients’ goals as efficiently and effectively as possible.
