About a month ago, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) held a webinar announcing a national consumer based website called HouseLogic.com. This site will provide Lake County home owners and those interested in home ownership with a vast resource of tools and information ranging from home improvement, maintenance, taxes, finance, insurance, and even ways we can get involved in and enrich our communities. The aim is to provide you with the information and tools to make smart and timely decisions regarding your home.
One of the most resourceful areas I found was on tax credits available from the government ranging from energy to historic home to home buyer tax credits that are just a few of the many available tax credits you can find in one place. You can view a summary showing investment, time and amount of credit.
